I chose Lifthotel specifically because I wanted to visit the Hahnenkamm landmark. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's facilities, including the lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, currency exchange facilities, and a hotel safe. What I liked the most was the lower area of the hotel, consisting of a renovated reception, bar, and restaurants. I also appreciated the free ski bus service offered by the property.
Ongoing construction under our balcony.

The all-inclusive option at this hotel was incredible value for money and the room upgrade to Hotel Kroneck was a pleasant surprise. The staff at both hotels were friendly and the location was convenient, close to the Gaisberg chairlift.
The breakfast could have been better with more attention to refilling basic items like bread, bacon, and plant milk.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, with elegant furnishings and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were beautifully maintained, especially the terrace and garden, where I enjoyed spending my afternoons relaxing and taking in the stunning surroundings.
The only thing I would ask for is a bit more patience and understanding from the children working there. As a senior woman, sometimes I needed a little extra assistance and it would have been nice to have staff who were more attentive to the needs of older guests.

The New Year's celebrations at the hotel were fantastic and definitely worth experiencing. the hotel's location was perfect for skiing enthusiasts, being close to the slopes and ski rentals. the hotel's restaurant had a varied menu that included local cuisine, which was a pleasant surprise.
The hotel's rooms were quite dated, and some amenities such as towels and toiletries were not up to standard. the hotel's staff could have been more attentive and friendly to make the stay more enjoyable.

Great location close to attractions, comfortable and spacious room with beautiful views. Generous breakfast selection and all-inclusive drinks till 10pm.
Inconsistent customer service with staff being unhelpful, unfriendly or non-English speaking at times. Expensive hot drinks and poor hygiene standards in the dining area with uncovered food attracting flies.
